So yeah, gawd, it's been long since the last OC, Hodry was long overduuuue, sorry Lady Adeleiss. Here is Imperial Commander No. VIII in all her late glory. <:

Hodry is one of the 4 first Commanders (along with Tipher, Kether, and Chumah), she rules over the county of Kobab, the coldest area of the land and also her homeland.

She develloped cataracts in her eyes at the age of 8 and was almost completely blind by 12. She is still capable of perceiving light and dark, though (oh oh what an interesting parallel...) the pale opacity of her eyes would freak out some others around her so early she started wearing a headband over them. Luckily since she devellopped blindness early she didn't have too much trouble getting used to it.

She surprisingly became quite a good fighter regardless of her handicap, basing herself on other senses (ohohohomg so cliché I know stfu) She fights using knives of varying size, much like V in V for Vendetta. :B She has them straped in her back (more like on her butt), you cant see it on this picture. Still, she mainly got to her current status because of her diplomacy and easy dealing with people, working as an ambassador and such.

She has a very calm and polite nature, is naturally good mannered, and often smiling. Altough a member of the Empire, she is well reknown for being the most neutral Commander, a trait which earned her the distrust of Dvaat and others, who regards her as a potential traitor, but she's always avoided any consequences for what she qualifies as "objective decisions."

Favorite design so far. She's beautiful!

The coloring is lovely but the shading on her face is illogical. XD However, it doesn't really take away from the picture itself.

OMG SHE'S SO PERDY

Seriously though, love the colour and the design for the costume, very original and unique. I also really like the little blue ball her hair is tied with. CUTE.

This is one of the very few of your designs that seems completely unique (please don't get offended it's a compliment D8<;) and untouched by previous design choices. The colour is beautiful and it all ties very well together. LOVE EET
